Verimark terrible service

1 month I'm trying to get a part from verimark for my mop.

I phoned verimark la lucia, spoke to Hendrik, who promised to call back, two weeks later no response. I was then helped by another verimark sales person at la lucia verimark. This person was so rude didn't want to give me a chance to speak when i asked why he never called me back with feedback. Apparently doing stock take for 2 weeks and can't place orders.

I phone head office. Where i was assigned by Thobile, who asked to sent a WhatsApp with attention Thobile. Then another smart pants rep**** and said i must go by the part in store, but nobody has this part available in store, nobody know how to order this thing. I've been trying to call the service center in KZN but that phone just rings with no answer.

Like what must a person do to get a part? Or somebody who can or must i say want to assist in getting a part for me.
