VERIMARK SHOGUN DANGEROUS PRODUCTS AND NO EMPATHY FROM VERIMAR****!!!!

It with utmost disappointment that I have to list VERIMARK, this after I have sent you an email, stating my concern and complaint. On June 2, 2018 I tried to cut cheese, the SHOGUN knife slipped and I cut off everything connected to the thumb, abductor, muscles everything............TO THE BONE. I was rushed to casualty and was under severe pain, I was immediately admitted and received an emergency operation to restore the main tendon so that I can gain back mobility with occupation therapy. All this ended in unnecessary and unforeseen medical expenses, as well as 3 weeks UNPAID sick leave...................................VERIMARK, yes there is a saying that your knives are sharp, BUT this sharp is not normal?? is it not maybe a factory default?? And to think you didn't even make an effort to at least acknowledge my written complaint, shows how pathetic your company is..............I never want to here the words VERIMARK & SHOGUN, as I will definitely never support you again.................According to your misleading adverts you sell the best products, BUT if you ask me from experience I think it's just a load of **** and factory defaults not that you care about what happened to me..................................................................
