Verimark - Shogun broke after 1st use
Good day, <br> <br> I purchased the Verimark shogun knife set at Makro Strubensvalley on Sunday the 30th August and opened it today to cut a block of cheese and the handle snapped off.<br> <br> This does not make me very comfortable with the 10yr Warranty displayed in the front if it can break after 1st use.<br> <br> Please advise what the next steps will be.
