Verimark service

I own a Genesis HydroVac Extreme 2 I took it in for service last year in June in Wonderpark and I understand that I was suppose to collect it but I've not been well for a very long time and they confirm they took it back to the head office fair enough. I've been calling them since December and January I kept being told they will call me back since then and they dont I had to call back again on Thursday the 6th March and i was refered to the head office for the 1st time in months of calling.

I called the head office on Thursday and spoke to a very rude lady (Roselyn) or something to be told that they sold the motor of my machine. Now what I'm trying to understand is my +- R5 000.00 machine is sold to recover service of R590.00? if anyone from their head office to make this make sense to me please do coz it doesn't to me. Now I am left with the body of the machine to do what with it?

Dear Thuli Mashele, Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your Genesis HydroVac Extreme 2. We sincerely regret any frustration or inconvenience this situation has caused. Please note that we have strict policies and procedures in place for uncollected serviced items. The decision to return or take further action on such items is made solely by the Head of Department (HOD) and not by the store or customer service team. Unfortunately, as your machine was not collected for an extended period, the necessary steps were taken as per company policy. Regrettably, we are unable to assist further with this matter. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any disappointment this may cause. Kind regards,
The Verimark Team
