Verimark service

I put my vacuum cleaner in for a repair for which I paid approx. R 1026. I got it back to find the battery would not hold a charge and sent it back on 29 Dec.2023. I then received a call saying they were waiting for batteries! Despite the prolonged silence, I called today (32/02/2024) to be told they still had not received any batteries. The service received is shoddy to say the least and communication leaves a lot to be desired.
