VERIMARK SELLING JUNK AND NO AFTER SALES SERVICE.

Verimark is selling *******. don't buy from them.

They have been sitting with a twist electra from me at their Clearwater store for more than 2 years. It broke after only a couple of uses, and I have returned it three times, with no success.

Then I went and bought a Genesis Cyclovac from Makro in January 2021. I gave been using it once a week since then, and already the wheels on the attachment came off. I went to Makro on Thursday and was to told to go to Clearwater.

At Clearwater the sales clerk told me that the fitting is not under guarantee and that I need to pay for it.

My husband then said that we would not pay for it as it is only 5 months old. When we walked away from the shop, we were stopped by security and treated like *********.

I will never in my life buy anything from Verimark again, and so will my family.
