Verimark (second review)
My husband collected the original vacuum cleaner from Game, Menlyn, after being repaired. It is a totally NEW unit, with a totally different filter system (It has this pathetic 'band-aid' around the filter), so my original unit's filters are useless now, it will not work on this one). To date, nobody has called me again, since last week, even though I returned the call. My second vacuum cleaner is also sent back to Game Menlyn for repairs, if I get a different model again, I am going to scream!
