Verimark refused to accept a gadget that was not working. Never buy verimark products again!!!!

I bought a flawless brows gadget from Pick n pay. I went home with it and when l tried using it my brows, it wasnt working. I went back to pick n pay woodmead and told them that l bought a gadget here and its not working. They called a verimark agent called Nobuhle and she refused to accept it saying its considered as underwear. I told her that l would understand if your gadget was working but now its not working. She told me there is nothing she can do. Verimark cannot even fix it. I am shocked that when you buy these gadgets, they do not test it for you before you go home. When you get home and the gadget is not working they refuse to accept it for a refund and they wont even accept for repair. I would advise everyone not to buy any product from verimark.
