Verimark products STAY AWAY DONT WATE YOUR MONEY

Poor client service purchased a mini vac 24 Aug 2020..althought a refurb model states u hve a full year guarantee. upon opening the item the handle would not fit properly. i returned product to Sunward Park Verimark..although a mnth later..where i was told it is due to client abuse tht handle was broken. the more i tried to explain the more i was told tht they dnt cover product wear and tear.So much for guarantees and warantees...and money back promise. Same with the spin mop.. poor quality products poorservice and badly mannered staff. i complained in fb page. Verimark requested my contact numbers and after only 2 missed calls they closed my query. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM VERIMARK. POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS. POOR BACK UP SERVICE.
