Verimark products and support the worst
Bought a Genesis Extreme carpet wash machine. Since buying it it has been back 5 times for the same problem. The shampoo comes out in a narrow stream like 2mm wide in stead of 10cm. Every time they replace the pump which I pay for and the problem remains. And forget about seeing someone more senior...even at their head office. DO NOT BUY VERIMARK.
