Verimark pathetic!!!!

Bought a Genesis cordless stick vacuum. 4 months old and It would not come on. Took it to Game Lichtenburg, they sent it to verimark for repairs. More than 21 days later went to pick up my machine.

Got home….. broken machine… handheld vacuum keeps on falling out. Found a spring and broken plastic pieces in the box.

Took it back to Game Lichtenburg. Verimark sales lady said she would let verimark rep Eugene come and fetch it and she would call me with details of how long repairs would take… she never called. So I went to the store spoke to the lady where she told me Eugene the rep took my machine. She gave me Eugene’s number and I spoke to him. He was at store but he never took my machine with him.

Eugene said he will get back to me.

Sales lady from verimark Game Lichtenburg took photos of my broken machine(4months old) and Eugene said he will look at photos and get back to me…

What??????? No time frame… 4 month old machine with first motor issues and then I get it back broken from the repair centre…

And still I have no details of when I will have a vacuum again!!!

Pathetic!!!! Genesis!!!!verimark!!!! I will take this matter further
