Verimark parts, bad

Took broken vacuum part to Verimark shop... (about the 10th time since i bought this machine) I can wait over a month for an order on a replacement part, phoning weekly to follow-up, and finally it arrives, going to the store to pick up the part, its the incorrect part... do i have to wait another month to get my vacuum cleaner working????????? if i finally recieve the part, please can i get 5 so i dont have to go without a vacuum for weeks on end every time this break...
