Verimark only interested in Sales & nothing else

Downgraded stars to 1 because of experience when enquiring about the Gorilla torch bulb cover falling out. When I went to the Demo store at HO Randburg, they didn't know & clearly didn't care. Have bought a lot of Verimark products over the years and this is the first time I had a problem & they just don't care. Based on this experience it is evident that Verimark provides training to sell only & zero on returns or damages. It appears that they would prefer that you buy a replacement. When asked about the other thing that comes with the torch was told that it was for a bigger battery but couldn't say what size or show sample. Have all common sizes at home & none fitted. Package doesn't mention anything either or anything about globe cover. Got Service Reception Form No 88120 & waiting to see outcome. This is a total put off & fortunately there are other brands.
