Verimark on MUTE

Complaints don't get handled! I bought a sealer and the sealing strip started buring the plastic causing a break in the seal. March I took the sealer to Verimark for repair stating the issue. It was still under warranty. April it was returned without the problem being repaired. I returned the unit stating it was not fixed. It was sent back in to repairs and returned stating the sealer works. I could prove that it burns a hole after sealing a few bags using the Verimark plastic rolls. Since then no one has called me, my unit has not been returned. I logged a complaint 9 June and received a generic response that someone will be in contact with me. Crickets chirping.... I followed up stating I want a response, nothing! Where to from here, they have my machine, no one responds. Tried following the correct procedures to no avail. Do I assume they have now ****** my unit? Co-artists? Do I need to log a case with the police? I'm really fed up! I will never buy anything from Verimark again.
