Product Info : Important Cooking Instructions:

1. This product should be used on low or medium heat only
2. It will take a couple of minutes for the Bauer Lite to heat up, but once warm, it will maintain the desired heat level.
3. Should you require a higher cooking temperature .pre-heat your Bauer Lite product on medium heat for a few minutes
4. Only silicon, plastic utensils should be used when cooking with Bauer Lite pans,  standard metal utensils such as forks, and knives will scratch your surface, and scratches are not covered under the guarantee
5. Exercise caution when using Bauer Lite at a high temperature. Excessive heat can damage the pan & coating and invalidate the guarantee.

 Also, normal wear and tear of the Bauer pro tech’s inner and outer non-stick coating can be expected, Guaranteed benefits do not result in an extension of the guarantee period, nor do they bring about a new guarantee period.

Your pots were booked  at  Makro Riverside 
The  service  centre  of Makro  was  closed   during the festive  season  and  the  pots  were  only sent  to the  supplier  in January

The  24 cm frying  pan  has  black burned  marks at the  bottom, cleaned   to remove discolouring 
The  24cm casserole has  black marks at the  bottom and  damaged  coating  on the  outer layer
