Verimark Minimax Vacuum Cleaner Saga

My wife (on this site as Sasha R) has now placed 2 complaints on Hellopeter regarding our trouble with the Genesis Minimax Upright Vacuum Cleaner from Verimark, and Verimark have not resolved the issue. Our first one broke within a month and, after waiting a month for "repair", we were given a new one with a different mechanism on the inside. I would like this unit to be replaced with the same type we had before, please. The replacement unit has a band-aid-type strip-thingy that sticks over the inner cone-filter with Valcro and it is absolutely useless. It comes loose all the time and is already falling to pieces (and, because it is not like the one we bought originally, we don't have spares - we have spares for a different design). When my wife complained about this on Hellopeter (29 October, 2019) she was asked to send the repair number from the Menlyn Game store where we bought it. Well... HELLOOO... all the paper-work was given in when I fetched it so we no longer have the repair number. I do, however, have the paper-work for the second machine I bought for her to use during the month the first one was being repaired (correction: replaced with one with a different inner mechanism). Yes, the second one also stopped working during the first week (and, BTW, my wife cleans the filter after every room and really looks after it). This one's repair number is: *** dated 24 October 2019. How do I want this resolved? I want 2 working Minimax vacuum cleaners, both with the same inner design i.e. a cage-like outer filter into which the inner cone-filter fits, NOT the useless band-aid-type strip filter covering the inner cone-filter.
