Verimark K90

Bought a multi tool there on the 14th of Januarie I stay in Pongola so they had to courier it down to me with Coirier guy. When i recieves it i opened the box. There was two tool pieces missing. I immedielarely phoned the K90 Verimark store in Boksburg. Told them anout it. They said that they could so nothing about it i had to courier it back on my cost. Then the manager also told me its a recon tool kit. He tild my father in law the day they boughtbut that its a brand new tool kit. And the box was never opened before. I am bery dissapointed the way we were treated. The branch manager also pit down the phone in my ear while i was busy talking to him. Not very helpfull. I will never shop at that Verimark store again and would not recommens to anybody to ship there. There after service is poor.
