Verimark is Useless!!

I booked in my Hausmeister vacuum cleaner on 2019-04-14 for its first free service as I was told that I needed to service it to maintain the three year warranty on the unit. This was done at Verimark in the Secunda Mall. I was told that this service would take about 3 - 4 weeks, which seemed excessive, but I did not have any other choice. On 2019-05-15 I visited the store to inquire on the status of the machine, but they simply said that they did not know where it was and the duration of the service now changed from 3 - 4 weeks to 4 - 6 weeks. I asked whether there was anyone that I could speak to and the store assistant gave me the store manager's details, but also included that "She will not help you". On 2019-05-20 I received a call from Verimark to inform me that the received my machine now for the service, and they would just like to find out if the can continue, and Oh yes, the free service will now cost me R300 and change. Firstly it took more than a month for this useless organisation to transport my machine from Secunda to Gauteng for the service. Secondly, the false advertising of you get two free services. Thirdly, the absolutely unprofessional manner in which the store assistant changed the expected time of arrival of the machine, and then informed me that the manager will not help me.

I will never purchase any product from this unprofessional and unhelpful organisation again, and I will strongly discourage anyone I know from doing so either.
