verimark is a cheat

I had returned a verimark product of which it didn't meet my expectations according to their advert. All I wanted was a refund as they promised that if it doesn't work u have to return it for full refund, and to my surprise they say they want a sample but on the terms and conditions there is no where stating that if it's a consumable u have bring them a simple or drive to a stated garage so sample could be taken. Yet on their advert they say they will refund obligations free. Their prolong engine treatment didn't work for me and I ended up changing the oil and filters for extra cash as their product didn't deliver what it had promised to. Vimpy was very arrogant for a sales call centre manager and rude making accusations that he can't prove.
