Verimark irons

Verimark irons are poor. Mine lasted 6 month, before having to go in for repair. The repair job wasn't done properly, it leaked water all over the place a fused the power. The repair was not checked!! I have had to take it back yet agin. 3 weeks later, after several visits to the Fourways store - where the manager spends his time in the vibration platform rather than dealing with my faulty iron, nothing has happened. What happened to Verimark service and products. Not good.
