Verimark inferior quality and no-care service

We bought a Gorilla Garden Hose at Verimark Checkers Hyper Roodepoort, which didn't last 5 months of only spraying once per week, then the rubber hose inside perished and sprayed all over. A Staff member of Checkers Hyper sent this to the Verimark head office, where they replaced the hose as they knew it is off poor quality. This new hose didn't last 4 months and the same thing happened! Monday morning 16 March 2020 we went back to Verimark Checkers Hyper, where a very unhelpful Verimark staff member(Indian lady) bluntly refused to try find a solution to our problem and said there is only a three month cover on this product. Why should we spend our money at a Verimark outlet on a product that wont last longer than 3/4 months! Verimark, are you in the business of selling "junk" to your customers and then let them sit with the problems and losses? We were prepared to pay in money and try the so-called Improved stronger version of the Gorilla hose that is now on Verimark's shelves, as Verimark is WELL AWARE that the older Gorilla hose is *******! Extremely disappointing customer service!!!
