Verimark in Greenstone should be closed

Earlier this year, I had an issue with a pot re-coating. A lady by the name of Pat helped me by giving me another pot. All was good until, the coating is coming off again. I took it to Greenstone depot, but that lady rudely said she can't help me cos I got no receipt. I clearly told her, the receipt was given back to Verimark HO, as they needed it for a pot swap, but clearly I'm of no value to her store. Please can you check on this query?
