Verimark Hemingsway, East London

Hello Peter After my complaint to Verimark Head Office, which as of today I have not received a response, I went to the Verimark Franchise at Hemingsway, East London. I was attended to by the Manageress Lucinda. Lucinda was extremely efficient, proactive and went out of her way in solving the problem I had with the Genesis Cyclovac vacuum cleaner. I would definitely recommend the Verimark franchise at Hemingsway. Lucinda and her staff certainly understand customer service and for this I would give them 5 stars. What a pleasure it was in dealing with them.
