Verimark Genesis steamer iron
Genesis Brands has disappointed me on more than one occasion. I purchased a steamer iron 14 days ago and started experiencing problems shortly thereafter. The sales consultant, Lorato County, attempted to assist but was unable to reach her manager, Tshepo Leepile, for advice. As a result, I had to return home with the faulty iron.i paid a significant amount for this product, only to experience problems within 14 days and poor customer service.
