Verimark genesis iron

Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life,seems like they've lost my iron that was taken for repairs on the 18 of September 2023 in Riverside branch in Nelspruit Mpumalanga, on the 28 of September after I had complain on hellopeter I got a message that it has been repaired and that I should wait for them to call me for collections...oh!I've been waiting since then and when I call the head office I'm being told that they can't track where my iron is😳🤷🏿♂️,I spoke to Thobile ***) and when I'm asking to speak to their superiors I'm told they are not available for the third time in three different occasions!!!im tired now and angry atleast they must give me back my money so I can take my business else where..I had only used the iron for less than a month anyway 😠...
