Verimark Genesis Cyclovac

On the 10th February 2019 I purchased a Genesis Cyclovac from the Verimark stand at Game, Beacon Bay, Beast London. After using the vacuum cleaner (twice a week) for 3 months, the wheels on the foot brush broke off. The wheels are made with cheap plastic. In fact, the wheels on my grandsons cheap cars are stronger. When I took the foot brush back I was informed that the warranty on the vacuum cleaner does not cover the accessories. After replacing the foot pedal to my astonishment the 1 wheel on the foot brush broke off on Monday 15th July. I phoned Verimark Customer Service this morning and asked to speak to a Supervisor - that is NOT possible. I asked for a Supervisor to phone me back - with no luck. After phoning them again I was advised that I must take the unit back to the Verimark shop and they will send it in for ässessment". In the meantime I am left without a vacuum cleaner. I am disguested with the service I have received. I will take the vacuum cleaner back and I WILL get a full refund for the whole unit. I will definitely NOT purchase a product from them again. Verimark's customer service stinks.
