Verimark - Games store pavilion

Purchased mini vac from Game in December 2019. Was promised 2 year quality guarantee. The item broke within a month and a half. Unfortunately due to Covid and lockdown we could not take the item to return. When we managed to get time to do so, firstly the verimark rep was not available as they have only 1 and he was on lunch for a long time. His name is Vin - game pavilion. Anyway we insisted to speak to him and he promised to take the item and sort it out on a personal capacity and get back to us within a week. To date we have nothing. We recieved a check in number and we tried calling the store numerous times with no favorable reponse. We went to the extent of calling verimark store to get Vins details off course they refused to give to us. We requested another machine becos we were told that since it's so long, they cannot credit us. So we requested a swop out. We were declined. Now we sitting 2 weeks later with no vacuum machine which is a very important cleaning item in our household. I have cash reciept slip and pics of the old broken vacuum.
