Verimark Floor whiz
I am deeply frustrated and dissatisfied with the inferior quality of the replacement sponges sold for Floor Whiz Butterfly mop. I have now purchased my 5th replacement sponge in 6 months and this one has now come apart from the white clips it’s attached to. I have had this problem with every single sponge I have bought as a replacement. I would have thought Verimark would make a superior quality product to most others but this situation does not display that. I would never recommend this product to anyone as it had become an irritating, inconvenient and expensive exercise to continue replacing these sponges as they last less than a month or so.

Please take the product to your nearest Verimark store for an assessment, and ask them to book it back to our Head Office so that we can ascertain what the problem is. Once we get the product back to our Head Office we can give you feedback regarding your query on this item. It would be easier if you could book it in at a Verimark store
Could you perhaps advise when you will be going to the store so I can have an idea of when to look out for your units?
