VERIMARK EXTREMELY SLOW TO REPAIR GOODS

I bought an Oribitrek 2 gym machine from the head office store that opened in Northriding in December 2014. I have had problems with my demo Orbitrek since my first purchase date and already returned to the Northriding store in my first week of purchase to get spare parts. I again experienced mayor problems with my machine when it refused to move from elliptical to stepper position. I called the head office to explain my problem with the machine and they told me to take the damaged part to Cresta who would then deal with the head office directly. In July I delivered the problem part to Cresta. Only after 3 weeks did I hear from Simon requesting I bring the whole machine in to the store.<br> I took the whole Oribitrek 2 to Cresta but only received a response from them middle of October advising me that I was to pay R285 for repairs done. This time lag is absolutely riduculous and I find it unfair that I must pay for a machine that I have experienced problems with from day 1!! Why did Verimark not offer to replace damaged demo machine with a new one???? Now Im expected to pay for the faulty machine. Why had it taken 3 months to get my machine repaired???
