Verimark costs me money!

I took my vacuum cleaner ro a Verimark store to have the motor replaced. At first they gave good service and my machime was repaired very quickly. However there were something lying loose in the machine. I phoned them and requested that they must come and collect the machine from me as the fault now was due to their mistake. I was advised that they will not collect it and that I can bring it in on Saturday, when the will repair it for me immediately. To my surprise when arriving at the store I was advised that there was no one to do the repairs amd I will have to come back AGAIN to collect the machine. I feel that Verimark must refund me for the additional transport costs that I had to incurr and still going to. It is very easy for these people to say you must come back. It is not acceptable.
