Verimark cannot supply parts or get back to you

I purchased a duravac from verimark a few months ago, i then needed to get a spare part for it. Since the last 2months ive been trying to get the part. ive tried with the store, nobody came back to me and i eventually had to call them. i then called the customer service and spoke to a michelle again no response received, very poor service and i still do not have the part i need.
