Verimark Bauer Induction Pan

I bought a Bauer induction pan but was not told at the time of purchase that the recoating of it would be a problem. I took my pan to Verimark on the 20/1/18 to be recoated but to date I do not have it back! I have requested a refund for the pan so that I can purchase a pan I can actually use but they have chosen to ignore me. Bad service #Verimark
