Verimark Ballito Poor Customer Service

Verimark Ballito store absolutely useless and *********** staff and even the store manager. Amazing when you want to complain ro the store manager they are not at work on that day and a message was left for the store manager to contact me. All i needed was 2 items which they provided me with a price on one item and the other was to be ordered but they still have not told me as to when such item will be available. Clearly the staff at this store don't value customers or even their jobs.

It's indeed sad that in this extremely difficult time you fail to get decent customer service and must resort to social media to get things done. I don't want apologies when I'm contacted so please don't waste your time to apologize for *********** staff not doing their jobs. I want answers as to why they haven't done their jobs.

If i had my way id I'd fire such *********** and lazy staff
