VERIMARK AND MAKRO PORT ELIZABETH

I had bought a Genesis vacuum cleaner from Makro in Port Elizabeth in January this year, and it started overheating and cutting out after 5 minutes' use. Packed it back in the box with receipt and warranty and headed back to Makro anticipating a to-do, but wow! A very friendly employee with a Verimark tag on asked me what the problem was, took the vacuum cleaner away and within 15 minutes came back with a new one!
