Verimark 😡

I had purchased a Bauer Induction Pot Set in Sept 2022 and Jan 2023 noticed that the "non stick coating" on the frying pan is starting to lift. Sent the item back to be recoated or replaced and was told by a very rude agent that I use too much heat on the pan, this is the first I have ever heard of such a thing as using "too much" heat. I use the pot everyday on the same "high heat" and the pot is fine, however the frying pan that is used once a week for frying eggs seems to be the problem. This just doesn't make sense. Verimark and their products are a a total waste of time and money!
