Verimark

<div>I bought an iron in Herm**** western cape for R 667.83 on 17.10.2018. It stopped heating on 10.06.2019 . I handed in the iron with invoice, original box to Verimark and despite phone calls to Johannesburg and several to the shop which were not answered, I finally walked into the shop a few days ago and I now hear on 18.07.2019 that the technician has not as yet repaired the iron. That is very very bad service, I have no choice but to purchase a new iron as this is an items I need in my household rather urgently. I believe after 6 months you get a replacement but as mine was 8 months I must wait for the free repair whenever that my be! *******</div>
