I handed in a Bauer casserole at the Worcester Mountain Mill brancch on June 30 for recoating. They assured me that it will take three weeks. After several telephone calls and a visit I still don't have my casserole. Everytime they say that there are casseroles in Table View and that it was going to be delivered the next week. Yesterday when I spoke to them they said they do not have somebody do deliver it from Table View. We live in Struisbaai, but I am willing to go to Table View to fetch my casserole or to courier it to me. If only I can get somebody to help me. Can it be so difficult to understand!!!!!!
