Verimaart Vacuum cleaner

Don't buy a Verimaart vacuum cleaner for your life, they don't work, they lie and they don't want to give you your money back. this is my experience. Be very careful with any Verimaart product. I bought A vacuum cleaner from Makro end of December 2017, a week alter took it back because it didn't do the work was convinced it was great and went home with it again, A month later went back again because it wasn't working properly and again was told could not go back had to go back in 2 weeks which I had done already and so on. Makro blames Verimaart which machine it happens to be, yesterday after endless frustration and not being able to use the machine because it dies on your after 2 minutes and a huge fight with all the people working there, Verimaart blames Makro, Makro blames Verimaar I was assured by Makro manager Themba that I was going to be reimbursed. Just now I received a call from somebody from Verimaart saying my machine is going to be fixed, but nobody can tell me what they are going to fix because there is nothing wrong with it. I told Themba yesterday myself and another lady with the same machine and problem were assured, and promised we would get money back today different story again. I bought something from MAKRO with aMAKRO CREDIT CARD on top of it. Makro is responsible I don't know or care who Makro's suppliers are, I don't buy from them I bought from Makro, and I want my money back from Makro.
