Veri-kaak diamond bauer pans

Veri-kaak is the correct word for their utterly poor Diamond Bauer non-STICKY pans. Bought two of them. Send both back to veri-kaak with video footage where you cannot make scramble eggs in the pans without them burning half of the eggs to the base of the pan. To add this was after priming the pan as per instructions. The response was on pan #1: - Pan tested and was working satisfactory (even after showing the video) - Second pan (was used on a too hot plate) Pan was probably not even tested, secondly how can a new SMEG stove plate be too hot? Point being non-stick is false advertising. Whatever you do avoid these non-STICKY pans and VERI- kaak for that matter.
