Vacuum cleaners
I bought a Genesis mini max vacuum cleaner and the cyclo vacuum cleaner the same day.....this purchase has got to be the very worst purchase I have ever made in 40 years.88 My advise is stay clear of these two units,they are really cheap junk. I would not even rate it a star ,

Please take the product to your nearest Verimark store for an assessment, and ask them to book it back to our Head Office so that we can ascertain what the problem is. Once we get the product back to our Head Office we can give you feedback regarding your query on this item. It would be easier if you could book it in at a Verimark store
Could you perhaps advise when you will be going to the store so I can have an idea of when to look out for your units?

Pity you product does no live up too your prompt response.
I have already had the cyclo in for repair.
Sadly your George agent to whom Game forwards the unit too falls short and had a 1001 one reasons what the problem was.It was returned repaired.
The machine is still useless and cuts out.
My wife was using the mini max today in desperation
As I watched, I resorted too hello Peter as
it is useless in the sucking department.
My response was to save some one else buying a poor product.
I personally am not keen to go through that procedure with Game and the agent.
Please market products that on par with your promt reply,may I suggest you go under cover with your repair back up.
It might be quite revealing.
