Useless product. Don't waste your money
Bought a Genesis cyclovac.Only works for a few minutes before overheating and shutting down.You then have to let it cool down for 20 minutes, then you can use it again for a few minutes before it overheats again.Absolute waste of money.A ****py product at what seems like a reasonable price

It took my domestic more than 2 hours to vacuum 5 rugs as she had to stop after each rug to let the machine cool down as it kept on overheating.Its also seems to be a nightmare to get a refund as I was told I need to bring the machine in to a physical store which is miles from me and then the store needs to request refund You obviously make it as hard as possible to get a refund or exchange ORDER NO 40548
