Unsatisfactory Service @ verimark Irene

Was disappointed with the customer service at the Verimark store at Irene Mall in Centurion. Purchased a floor whizz spin tech mop. Upon assembling it I noticed there was an issue with the bucket we were unable to assemble as there was a factory defect I took it back to the store today the assistant could not help me because I did not have proof of payment all I wanted was the part to replaced it shocking to find that the store does not have record of previous transactions as it was an eft payment disappointed customer Mrs Rose Hazis--Cell No *** or Land-line No - ***
