Twister pull chopper fault

I bought Twista pull chopper from Makro I used twice then container part(which one holds blades) it was broken I went Makro they refused to change it they said it is not under guarantee but guarantee conditions was not mentioned anywhere after 20 minutes we argued they replaced.. unfortunately new one also broken from same place.. I don't want to argue for such a bad quality product again .. no more verimark don't trust... just stay!!! away I have disappointed their fry pans as well..
