TWISTA PULL CHOPPER

I am a very unhappy customer of the Twista Pull Chopper. I bought the item a few months ago at Checkers and then the other day, I realised that the pulling mechanism is no longer working.

Can you please clarify what is the warranty/guarantee on this product? I bought the product with the belief that it lasts longer than any other brand.

I have unfortunately thrown out the packaging and the receipt so I don’t know how else to address this matter.

Please advice on the best way to proceed with this matter. I would like to be contacted in order to resolve this.
