TWISTA ELECTRA NOT WORKING

I have bought a Twista Electra from Verimark and it is not working. I HAVE SENT IT BACK NUMEROUS TIMES. Every time head office sends it to Clearwater branch, stating that it has been tested and is working.

When I get to the store and they test it, it does not work.

I have been talking to Patricia at head office about this, but do not get any results.
