Thobile and siya to the rescue

Verimark genesis steam iron Been on my 3rd iron from the time it was launched..got a few other house hold items from verimark.had issue with iron previously but was sorted out.staff helpful drop off and pick up simple.. However this time around was difficult.. But thobile at head office and siya at service center in riverhorse valley were the most accomadating people ever..it's a long story but a happy ending.my iron was replaced in after sending it in at the gateway store. I was under pressure because I was leaving and needed to sort out things for my family.. and with only two phone calls issue resolved..hats off to you guys and girls..matter and manner in which it was done was really calm.thank you much appreciated and may thobile and siya be recognized for there hard work
