TERRIBLE SERVICE

Returned a vacuum cleaner that is still under warranty as the motor has seized. Initially took it to Game where I purchased it but they suggested I take it to the Verimark store as it would get collected a lot quicker. Its been 12 days and it still hasn't left the local Verimark store for Jhb,I I was given an approximate two week turn around time when I dropped it off!! The attitude of the lady I spoke to locally is one of 'well its not my problem". I tried calling Customer support in Jhb and keep getting put through to an answering machine. I left my telephone no. for someone to return my call- still waiting. Even the mops are of poor quality and keep breaking. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM VERIMARK, . .
