Terrible products: Cheaply made and terrible customer service
My wife and I bought a FloorWiz Dual clean combo about 2 months ago from the Canal Walk store, after a consultant told us how amazing it is for wooden floors l. However, after just 2 months both mop heads are broke ln and the Velcro is coming loose as well. I contacted the store to ask if we can bring it in and we were informed that they don’t replace the heads as it’s consumables and we must have put the mop on incorrectly so that’s why it breaks. I then said but the first head was on there when we bought it so then that means your factory also doesn’t know how to install the mop covers so then is it only staff who are ‘qualified’ mop pad installers? The consultant told me unfortunately they can’t do anything as it can’t be replaced but they happy for me to pop in to show me how to correctly install it. So I need to go to a store so they can show me how to clip in a mop like I am some idiot who can’t perform basic tasks. The issue as raised is that both broke at the same place and it’s because the drying side is narrow so the up and down push the cover slightly back and after a few uses the cloth ribbon that hooks the mop in just breaks as the material is not that durable. So it’s not incorrect installation but bad design and UX. I’ve checked online and some other people experienced the same issue.
Honestly will not be buying anything from your thieving stores as it’s ridiculous to have to replace a mop after just 2 months.
