Substandard Products - Genesis HydroVac and Floorwiz 2 in 1 Mop

I am an avid customer of Verimark but must confess that after being disappointed twice, I will no longer consider purchasing your products.

First Experience : I have purchased the Floorwiz Spin Tech Mop (the model before the 2 in 1) and was very happy with this product. The problem arose when the mop’s handle didn’t spin efficiently. Since this was due to normal wear and tear, I visited one of your stores to purchase a replacement for the mop handle. To my dismay, I discovered that this was not an option as components are not sold separately. My last resort was to then purchase a NEW Floorwiz Spin Tech Mop 2 in 1. This is an inferior product and my gripe is that if one applies too much pressure to the “spinner”, the mop drops into the water again. This is very annoying and makes housecleaning unpleasant and longer instead of shorter.

Second Experience : I also purchased a Genesis HydroVac approximately 3 ½ years ago and after 4 months wanted to buy a replacement filter, which to this day, is STILL not available. There is never stock available at the Verimark stores!!!!! Heaven alone knows what made me buy ANOTHER HydroVac (forced too as the first HydroVac lost suction power). As a result, I am now sitting with two HydroVac vacuum cleaners and two Floorwiz Mops which mean absolutely NOTHING.

I’d like for you to consider the fact that I continuously purchase more of your products without after service support which deters me from ever purchasing your products again. I’d appreciate if a Customer Representative could contact me with possible solutions you have to assist me with the query above.
