SPEEDY RESPONSE TO WRITTEN COMPLAINT - HOW REFRESHING!

Brought out the new spare Floorwiz Pro. Alternate between adding Savlon and bleach to the soapy water, especially now with Coronavirus haunting our lives. The first time I used the mop I was shocked to see the sponge/rubber base disintegrating from the bleach washing mixture. My written complaint to the company was answered the same day. It seems the bleach was likely the cause. Once the lockdown is lifted I'm invited to take it in for "repair". Four stars for such speedy replies to my mail. I'll happily make it five stars if this product is repaired to my satisfaction.
